Wiki Billing for Labor Progression?

I don't think this is a thing....
My provider would like to bill for Pre Delivery Evaluation/Assessment, History of Present Illness, Labor Progression part of the delivery. Pt has Medicaid. She did not do the delivery, but has done all visits prior. Wouldnt it just be the Antepartum care and post partum care?

If she did not do the delivery and she is not affiliated with the provider who did, you can bill any antepartum services provided which would include what you have described above. If this provider is doing the hospital admission work for the delivering provider you would have to report the delivery only code with a modifier -56 and the delivering provider would have to add a -54 modifier (for surgical care only).
