Wiki Billing for Labor Epidural with Ultrasound

Our OB doctors have recently asked if they can bill for ultrasound when used with labor epidurals. I have never seen this documented by them but maybe they didn't know if we could
bill for the US.

Does anyone have any experience in billing for US with Labor Epidurals?
