Wiki Billing for J1725 during Pregnancy as a Home visit

We are a community health center and we were wondering if anyone is currently having a Staff nurse employed by your office going to provide the J1725 injection? We are aware that some of the MCO's have contracts with specific nurses and if they are insured by that specific MCO then they are providing the injection from the provider order. We are in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, so not exactly rural area for us, but some people do have problems coming in a weekly basis for this injection. Thanks for your help
