Wiki Billing for Infusion and IV Push

Hi, I work in a blood center where we sometimes infuse hemophilic factor. In the past, we have just been billing for the factor. We want to start billing for the infusion or IV Push too. We bill for the Factor on one NPI and all other charges (E&M, labs,etc) on another NPI. Both NPI's have the same Tax ID. When I have looked at how to bill the infusion codes, the infusion/IV Push is always billed with the drug. Can I bill the infusion code (IV Push) on one NPI and the factor on another?
