Wiki Billing for exam and epilation during post-op period

Hello -

Dr. saw patient for a problem visit during cataract post-op period. He is billing 92012 and 67820. What modifiers would I use? Can you use a 24 and 25 both on exam and 79 on epilation? Thank you.
