I'm a coder and learning-to-be biller at both an ASC and an outpatient spine and pain clinic. We do a lot of joint injections and I'm truly at a loss as to how to code/bill for things like 22g spinal needles of varying lengths, and also Tuohy epidural needles, things like that. They don't seem to be in the HCPCS book, but I just know that hospitals and the like must bill for them. Any sources for where I might find this information is greatly welcomed!!
