Wiki Billing for Biopsy

I have a provider that did a Ex lap with a biopsy of the peritoneal nodules and I am having a hard time finding the correct code to bill with. I am looking at 38500 but the area for the biopsy is underneath the liver. patient has a cholangiocarcinoma. (didn't perform a liver wedge biopsy)

any help would be appreciated.
