Wiki Billing for an Intensivist

I am looking for information on billing for an Intensivist, who will be working with our group of Cardiothoracic Surgeons. I'm interested in what can be billed in the unit, on post op patients. Actually, any information is welcome. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appriciate it.
