Wiki Billing for a surgery after one of our MD's moved out of state

We have a physician that moved out of state. We are finding maybe one or two office visits that were not signed off on...and I just found a delivery that was not signed off on before she left. Is it ok to have one of the other physicians in our office sign the op note instead?
