I have a patient who came in for a reduction of the inferior turbinates. In the CPT book it says use 30140 w/ modifier -52. We can't use -52 for ASC's so which modifier would be best -74 or -73? Thank you.

-52 modifier is an approved ASC modifier. I've never had any problems with it. (its the 53 we can't use)
