If a patient comes into the clinic for immunizations and makes an appointment with the nurse practitioner who sees the patient and actually does review of systems and vitals and then also administers the immunization, can we bill a separate E/M along with the immunizations given? There is no separate diagnosis for the E/M, the patient made the appt for immunizations. Thanks for any helpl!
