have a np office that says they cannot afford a ehr system and has asked if I could bill through the payer portals? Is there anyone out there who has done this? Is it viable option for them?
 
Not that hard. Depends on the payer. You'll also get real time claim status with submission via the website.

What's the payer you're going to be billing for?
