I am needing help in how to bill for our crna in pain management for medicare. We obtained a NPI number for our CRNA in pain management and billed under the NPI to medicare and they are coming back not allowed to bill for that procedure. It is sometimes an issue with your state licensing for that that credential. Your CRNA's license may not cover for that procedure. You should check with your state licensing board.
