My physician is planning on excising multiple masses from a patient's scalp. It could potentially take two (2) hours. My question is, how should I bill cpts 21011 & 21012 in the same location to get the appropriate return? There could be approximately 6 masses to be removed. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
