I have a facility that is billing 99366 under revenue code 0420 & 0430. My question is whether or not these are billable for inpatient PT/OT Team conferencing-non-physician face to face with family. These are hospital employees. I know that this used to be a bundled service but I can't find the current information on how this is billed. Should it be billed on a CMS1500 or is it acceptable on the UB04 under the general therapy code.
