I had a patient who was on bedrest at the hospital for three weeks prior to delivery of twins at 20 weeks. Our physicians saw her daily can I charge for those encounters as 99233?

Thanks,

You can charge an E&M based on what was documented each day. However, 99233 is the highest level of care and would be unusual for daily visits for a patient on bed rest - payers expect 99233 to be reserved for the sickest patients who are declining or experiencing complications. If the provider is just checking on a stable patient, 99231 would be more typical.
