Wiki billing 81025 or 81002 on same day as 80307

If a patient is seen for chronic pain and a drug screen is done 80307 and the same day they have a uti and 81002 is done, how do you bill these? We have noticed that insurance is denying the 80307.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to bill for these on the same day and be reimbursed?
