What are your thoughts on billing the 76942 (Ultrasound Guidance) along with 20610 (Major Joint Injection)?
What documentation would appropriatley support billing these together?
We have conflicting opinions from some of our Orthopaedic physicians so I looking for additional resources so that a more comprehensive report can be provided for consideration.
