Wiki Billing 76942 for bcbs

My provider has been repeatedly denied for 76942 by BCBS. Does anyone have a BCBS policy that states whether they do or do not reimburse for 76942, or a website that will give me that information? I cannot find a definite answer whether it is a contract issue or just a noncovered service by BCBS. Thanks, any info would help.
