Wiki Billing 51784 with 97032 and/or 97750

My doctors are billing 51784 w/97032 and/or 97750 to Medicare. Medicare wants a modifier but GO or GP don't seem appropriate to since the docs aren't therapists. We tried 51 but our software will not allow it. What other modifier(s) would be appropriate? Please help. Thanks, Sandy.
