Has anyone ever billed for a second opinion reading on Capsules. I have a Phys who performs DBEs and prior to accepting/scheduling the pts she will review and re-read the pts video capsules . She wants to bill for this... I know Radiology can bill for 2nd opinion on re-reading xrays. Has anyone tried or billed second opinions on re-reading Capsules. ???
