Wiki Bilateral Ligation SF Junction

Hello: I have a patient whom had Bilateral Ligation of SF Junction. Dr. A did left leg
(37700-Lt)and Dr. B did right (37700-RT), they are in the same practice.

I am not sure if I need a modifier? If so not sure which one. Will Lt & Rt will be sufficient~
