Wiki Bilateral Knees X-ray Question

Dr is requesting 1 view bilateral knees standing/neutral and 1 view bilateral knees standing/bent....how would you bill this?

Sounds like he is doing 2 views of each knee.

He usually bills for 73565/both knees standing, but I get a MUE if I try to bill 2 units to cover both views done. He does a view of both knees standing in the straight leg/neutral position and one view of both knees standing in the bent knee position
