I've only every seen Endograft with iliac limbs done in the Aorta and common iliac arteries. What code set do we use when this in the in the IVC and iliac veins??
Dx is thrombosis and stenosis.

Procedure:

1.Percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy (14 x 100 Abre stent)
2.Right common iliac vein stenting (16 x 120 Abre stent)
3.Left common iliac vein stenting (16 x100 Abre stent)
4.Bilateral common iliac and IVC confluence stenting (22x6x4) AFX Endologix endograft
5. IVC stenting (22x7.5 Endologix endograft, 18x100 Abre stent, 36x80 Zenith dissection Endovascular stent

After the venogram and mechanical thrombectomy.....

We then decided to proceed with ilio caval reconstruction. The left groin 16 french sheath then exchanged by a 17french Endologix sheath. A 22x6x4 AFX Endologix endograft was advanced. Once we have the endograft inthe appropriate position, this one was deployed and post angioplasted with 16mm balloon in the main body and 14mm balloon under two iliac components. Angio images demonstrated good wall position of the endograft. We visualized some larger lumber collateral s and they were marked as our limit for IVC coverage with covered stent. A 22c7.5 Endologix infrarenal endograft was deployed within the IVC stent and overlapping with the previously placed bifurcated endograft. the distal end deployed immediately below the lumbar collaterals. The remaining infrarenal segment of sclerosis was treated using 18x100 Abre stent. The pararenal and suprarenal segment of the IVC was treated using a 36x80 Zenith dissection endovascular bar metal stent. Completion venogram and IVUS images demonstrated good filling of the IVC and lumbar venous collaterals are no longer visible

He went on two place Abre stents in the bilateral common iliac veins and right common femoral vein.
