Need help coding this!!!

Procedures Performed:
1. Selective carotid arteriograms revealing ICA Left 30 -40%, best separation of the right internal carotid and external carotid arteries was seen in the ap-degree rao and lao view.ICA Right 95% stenosis
2. Intracranial arteriograms revealing Major plaque.

This was taken to the endovascular laboratory after informed consent was obtained. The patient was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion, and 20ml of 2% lidocaine was administered to the right groin. Access was gained from the right femoral artery using a 6-French sheath. A 5-French pigtail catheter was advanced over the wire to the aortic arch, which was injected and visualized revealing the above-mentioned findings.
The catheter was then exchanged for a 6-French AR1 catheter which was advanced over the wire to the right common carotid artery which was injected in multiple views revealing the above-mentioned findings. The right intracranial system was injected in multiple views revealing the above-mentioned findings. The wire and catheter were withdrawn, and the catheter was exchanged for a 6-French ar1 catheter which was advanced over the wire to the left common carotid artery which was injected in multiple views revealing the above-mentioned findings. The bilateral intracranial system was injected in multiple views revealing the above-mentioned findings. Wires and catheters were removed.

Would this be coded as 36224-50

This should be coded 36223-50, since the catheter was placed in the common carotid, not the internal carotid.
