What type of Ablation was it? You would code it twice and one of the CPT codes would need the 76 modifier. You would want to be sure you have ICD-9 code 752.2 for the double uterus. If you are able to make a comment on the procedure - you would want to mention the fact that the patient has a double uterus also. I hope this helps!
