Wiki Bicompartmental knee arthroplasty

I am wondering if anyone has coded for a "bicompartmental knee arthroplasty"? One of my surgeons plans to use the Zimmer medial partial as well as the patellofemoral partial. I have had suggestions of using 27446 with 27438 together. Any experience with this?
