I need some help. Our physician is calling this a Rotator Cuff Repair, but I don't know that I agree. I was thinking either 29828 for tenodesis, or 29999 unlisted (It was done arthroscopically.) Here is that portion of the note:
Finally, we prepared the site of the long head of the biceps tendon reflection pulley
disruption. We utilized the HEALIX Transtend suture anchor and then shuttled the
additional limb of suture through to create a mattress repair, restoring the
reflection pulley back to its origin, taking care not to incarcerate the biceps
and that it had normal excursion and translation through the bicipital groove.
Any suggestions??
