Good morning!
I have a LMFT that is spending additional time beyond the time with client for case management. Are we able to bill for this and if so what codes?

The answer depends on what, specifically, the LMFT is doing that they are calling "case management". There are three listings under case management in the index to the CPT book, all very different: online, team conference, phone calls.
