Wiki BH Case Management Staffing

Hello,

I work at an IHS facility and I code BH Case Management. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if all providers attending a Staffing must provide documentation for their time/participation in order for Medicaid or can one provider create the documentation and the other providers sign off on it?
