Patient presented with history of previous squamous cell carcinoma of the anal area and underwent excision of another perianal area. Pathology comes back as diagnosis being moderate to severe dysplasia, no invasive carcinoma identiified. However, under the comments it states changes are consistent with a high grade dysplasia/carcinoma in situ. Would I use benigh or uncertain behavior for diagnosis?

Thanks
