Wiki Being Paid "Per Chart"

Hi, Does anyone currently work for a company that pays you a certain amount per chart? I'd like to get an idea of how much this usually is. I understand that it probably depends on the type of chart, ED, inpatient, etc. but I'd like to get a general idea.
