I am billing for Licensed Professional Counsel and she experiencing denials from Anthem for 90837 for non-reimbursement. Is anybody else experiencing the same denials? advise please!

I've searched the forums for the code you're using with Anthem. They have denied that one according to several people on here. Your question may have been answered here.

I happened to have responded on that linked thread. It is difficult to give you good advice without knowing if this is in network, out of network, the diagnosis, the denial code with the wording, etc.
