Walk in clinic coding. Please help with Bee stings!

Is this accurate for a bee sting without allergic reaction? S60.561A, W57.XXXA?

If provider documents allergic reaction to bee sting/venom would this justify the T63.xxxx code? Does T code need secondary diagnosis listed?
