Wiki BCN claims going to BCBS

Is anyone having issues with BCN claims somehow going electronically to BCBS and, of course, being denied, because the policyholder can't be identified? We have the correct EDI and address and the claims go smoothly through the clearing house, but to BCBS instead of BCN? Neither BCBS nor BCN, no our clearing house team have answers. Thanks!
