I am having an issue with our BCBS of Michigan claims going through since we changed our clearinghouses to Apex. Can someone anyone tell me how to fix this error?
I have contacted Apex and they said it was a BCBS issue, BCBS says it is an Apex issue, Apex then said to call Availity whom is the go between for BCBS. I called them and they said it was too general of a denial to tell me how to fix this. We are a very small non-profit using theranest to bill and if we can not fix this within a week, we will be forced to close our doors. We can not be the only ones using theranest. Someone has to know how to set up BCBS in theranest to help me get these claims to go through.
