Hi there,
Does anyone happen to know if BCBS has released an update on what ICD-10 codes will require a date of injury on the claim? Previously it was for codes 800-900. Is there something I can reference that is this simple? A group of codes perhaps? I see that the majority are S or M codes but to generalize would include all sorts of conditions that may not be related to injury, possibly causing unnecessary requests for additional records.
