Hi! Does anyone have experience with toxicology testing and Anthem?
We would initially bill the screen (80307) and a confirm after reflex testing (Gcode) but as of last Anthem is now only covering an 80307. Just trying to get some feed back from anyone who works in a toxicology lab and what you do to bill these out to still get a reimbursement.
