Wiki Baby gram

Normally when the physicians perform a baby gram it's usually coded a chest and abdomen but on a baby gram I've received recently they not only did a chest and abdomen but also the spine, pelvis, lower and upper extremities. How would you code this? Baby is 4 months old.
