If a patient comes for a follow-up visit and receives a vitamin B-12 injection, would you bill 99213, J3420, 90471? OR would you bill 99213, J3420, 96372? OR would it be something else?

90471 is strictly for the administration of vaccines. 96372 is therapeutic administration of medications. 99213, -25, 96372, J3240.
