Does anyone have a compiled list of additional services billable with annual wellness visits (such as screenings). With CPT codes would be extremely helpful.

Here's a very helpful tool that I use on the CMS site that gives you all of the preventive services that Medicare covers. Click on 'Select a Service' at the top and then click any particular service and it will give you the coding details and links to where you can find additional information:
