Can an AWV be billed to Anthem BCBS Commercial plan primary and then MSP? I thought AWV were to be billed to Medicare primary or Medicare Advantage primary but not commercial. I have a scenario where an AWV was billed to Anthem BCBS Commercial primary and now I am being asked to bill it to Medicare Secondary. I don't feel as though that is correct and I don't want to do it if so. Side not we are an FQHC facility if that makes any difference.
