Ok, now my Avastin claims are coming back denied again. Medicare has denied Q2024 and now J3590. Is anyone getting these paid? What is the trick? Are they actually using the correct code of J9035?? They never did pay on that one at least I was getting the J3590 paid before they changed it to the Q code. Now nothing! UGH..
