i keep getting denials for a certain ins we are out of network with because when the girls call for aetna benefits there not being told we are out of network with a certain pod my question is this
do they have to ask specifically if we are in network or is just calling for benefits good enough

I would always ask first if you are in-network/out-network, they are not going to give out anymore information than they have to......
