Looking for suggestions on how to bill for exposure by a Vascular surgeon for anterior approach when the surgery was cancelled before the fusion could be done. They got down to the spine, but could not mobilize the iliac vein. Therefore the procedure was terminated. Ortho doc not billing at all. My thoughts are to do an unlisted code, just not sure if ortho or vascular.
