Would it be appropriate to code a sports physical as an athletic training evaluation? I'm not exactly sure what the difference is. Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.

Athletic training evaluation is similar to physical therapy. Its for development of a treatment plan that will then be typically administered by a physical therapist or athletic trainer.
