Hello,
We have a unique situation. Our providers office is on the same medical campus and building as an assisted living facility. Currently the provider requests the patient come to the office for services but the providers are wonder if they could go to the assisted living facility and bill E/M services (99324-99337) with at POS 13.
Again they do have the same address and there is no suite. I remember hearing something in a webinar at a conference but I cannot recall the details of it, nor can I find it
