I can not find anything in the documentation referencing a button.Did they leave the native patella in when they did the primary TKA or resurface it, is there a button? It depends on what's in there now native vs. prosthesis/hardware/implant.
Interesting. It's difficult without the op note. So they have a TKA (including a patellar component) in place and they are swapping out the patellar component only or just taking it out/no swap? Depending on the details it could be 27486 (if explant/swap with new). If not, maybe 27350 if they still have some native patella. You might even look at 27438 but that's only if native.
