Wiki aspiration and biopsey

Aspiration of a breast cyst was done some fluid was aspirated but the cyst did not collapsed and a core bx is done .
Can I charge for both or just for the "significant" procedure (bx)?
The path charge is for the tissue, the fluid was clear.
