I was wondering if anyone is in an ASC setting in Florida is billing and getting paid from BCBS or Medicare for spinal surgeries? (ie. cpt codes 22551, 22554, 63030, 63047, 63056, etc) My facility has just started performing these types of procedures and we are having some trouble getting reimbursed. If you are getting reimbursed can you tell me what you are billing? I appreciate any assistance as I am new to spinal coding.
